job summary:Optical Records & Quality Control Technician is responsible for completing highly repetitive tasks at a rapid pace on a daily basis ensuring that all documents are scanned in the imaging system and indexed in the proper document fields via physical paper or digitally. Run reports as requested. Also verify documents that were placed in the imaging system by another technician that could have been indexed incorrectly to a customer, loan number, document field or any other possible errors.
