- Base Salary: $300's with 2-year Guarantee plus bonus
- Sign on bonus: Up to $15K
- CME: Up to $5K with allotted days off
- Relocation: $5K
- Pension and 403b:
- Employer will contribute 12% of your annual salary vested 3 years
- Paid Time Off
- 42 days off = 3 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year one, 4 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year two.
- Full Benefits Package: 401k, life, Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Irrevocable Trust
- Malpractice and tail are 100% covered.
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Call: 5-7 weeks per year divided equally among all facility. Some Saturdays 8a-12p
- Fellowship trained in Neuro-Ophthalmology
- Able to do Surgical Neuro.
- BC/BE (within 1 year of hire)
- We are not able to process Visas.
