Ophthalmic Assistant

Ophthalmic Assistant needed in busy ophthalmology practice in Powell, TN.

Responsibilities include:

• Patient work-up and history
• Visual Acuity
• Ocular Pressure
• Optos
• Medication and Medical History
• Scribe
• Will Assist Physicians in the Exam Room Recording Data in EHR
• Testing
• Heidelburg OCT and Retinal Images
• Optos
• Visual Field (Octopus)
• Coordinate with referring physicians
• Other Duties as Assigned

Experience in ophthalmology strongly preferred. Experience with NextGen EHR system preferred.
