Heavy Equipment Operators:

• Perform daily safety maintenance and checks
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
• Inform and advise management for maintenance or major repairs on equipment
• Respond to signals and directions by staff and work in coordination with them
  

Laborers: 

• Responsible for general and specific safety practices, following company safety manual procedures, and cooperating with our safety representative in a positive pro-active manner
• Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor
• Performing the set-up and clean-up of the job site by having materials ready, prepping the area, taking down staging and anything else deemed necessary
• Build or take apart temporary structures
• Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials
• Dig trenches, back-fill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
• Directing traffic at or around the job site when necessary
• Assisting other skilled trade workers
• Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications
  

Drivers: 

• Knowledge of DOT standards and requirements
• Ability to safely operate heavy machinery
• Moving heavy equipment from job to job
• Ability to load and unload equipment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of truck
• Complete daily paperwork
• Comply with all safety procedures
• Responsible for safely transporting construction equipment and materials
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are operated safely and efficiently on specified routes
• Monitoring and ensuring all load securement policies are being followed
• Ensures all daily pre trip and post trip inspections and paperwork is completed
• Responsible for general and specific safety practices, following company safety manual procedures, and cooperating with our safety representative in a positive pro-active manner
• Maintain positive company image in appearance, conduct, and communication
