Position Summary

Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility.

• Rate of Pay: $17.50/ hour - Pay progression after 90 days
• Shift: Current openings on 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)
• Shift Differential: $0.75 on 2nd shift and $1.00 on 3rd shift
• $600 hiring incentive paid after 6 months of employment
• No experience required.  We provide opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills.

• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to calculate parts requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.
• Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
