Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the onsite daily operations while working with engineering, other operations teams at other locations, networking, and other groups to ensure data center operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with senior leadership direction.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight
• Manage projects related to data center improvements and integrations
• Manage various third party contractor relationships
• Ensure company security policies/procedures are current, relevant, and properly maintained
• Participate in the incident management process as required to support overall issue resolution and system and/or service restoral
• If assigned, be responsible for the employee life cycle including; disciplinary actions, performance reviews, goal reaching activities, fostering a positive environment, following company policies, etc.

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must be able to accomplish tasks working individually and in a team environment.
• Must be willing to respond to change in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be a US citizen.

​Working Conditions:

• Working conditions range from normal office environments to outside industrial sites. Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. May require repetitive movement of fingers and pressure on wrists and hands during use of computer keyboard. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Works in noisy environments.
• Perform extended site rounds that could include long distances of walking and long periods of time being away from a desk.
• Walk job sites in uneven terrain. Maintain balance and perform various tasks while on a ladder.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience
