Operations Specialist

This is a challenging position!

Operations Specialist: Responsible for lodging operations on a Military installation. There are 914 rooms, office / logistic areas, and an RV park. We utilize WebRezPro and RFMSS to facilitate accountability of rooms. Some areas are RFID and others are hard keys. Reservations are based on eligibility, rank, status and gender. We have a great program in place and will work with the right candidate to ensure they are successful at this position. There is no insurance.

Responsibilities

- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

- Manage in person and phone reservations utilizing WebRezPro

- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, and rates.

- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy.

- Confirm group reservations

- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

- Weekend position hours are as follows:

Friday 2 pm - 10 pm (1 hour dinner)

Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7 am - 5 pm (1 hour lunch)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
