THE COMPANY

Onsite Women's Health ("Onsite") is a leading provider of women's health imaging services in partnership with OB/GYN and primary care physicians and physician groups. Onsite offers mammography, screening breast ultrasound and risk assessment services at over 120 locations in 26 states across the U.S.

OPPORTUNITY

The SVP, Operations is responsible for the overall guidance of the company's operations. The SVP will have P&L responsibility for approximately 100 locations, leading a team who is focused on operational excellence and delivering first class experience to our patients and practice partners. The successful candidate will lead their operations team and be responsible for achieving profitable growth, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. This individual will assist the business development team to generate referrals and facilitate contract renewals. In addition, the SVP will work closely with marketing, HR, compliance, and General Counsel to ensure integrity of services provided.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational management issues within the company, including the continued development and achievement of the business objectives, budget and key performance indicators for all operations.
  • Further develop enterprise-wide reporting capabilities and lead monthly operations review presentations and discussions.
  • Drive EBITDA growth by creating efficiencies, motivating through a system of metrics, and creating a culture of accountability.
  • Serve as a business partner to the CEO and as a member of the senior leadership team involved in shaping and executing all operational decisions.
  • Drive efficient operations by containing expenses and managing labor effectively, alongside direct reports, including 2 Vice Presidents of Operations and 1 Vice President of Enterprise Logistics.
  • The SVP must be able to act as "mentor/coach" for their direct/indirect reports and credibly lead, provide challenging performance feedback, and drive adoption of high expectations for leadership performance.
  • Ensure field teams successfully implement and onboard new practices.
  • Collaborate with corporate resources to support client specific operations.
  • Assess and develop operational team. Develop and retain key talent through coaching, training, and leadership development.
  • Help organize and actively participate in strategic planning and leadership development activities.
  • P&L owner for national footprint of practice partnerships. Manage labor productivity in accordance with budget.
  • Oversee the company budget and ensure the financial performance of the company meets or exceeds budgeted expectations.
  • Work with Marketing Department to create marketing collateral based on needs and feedback from operations team and client sites.
  • Foster positive culture with field-based colleagues to ensure they feel connected to Onsite's mission and culture despite remote locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of multi-site healthcare operations experience
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and the ability to delegate for increased efficiency.
  • Proven track record of new practice development, onboarding and reinforcing process/discipline.
  • Operational and financial reporting experience, innate drive for "next-level" answers.
  • Ability to quickly establish credible relationships with key stakeholders
  • Able to deploy initiatives and drive execution.

Possess excellent time management skills, is highly-process focused with an intellectual curiosity and a strong bias for action. This individual must be able to work independently under pressure in an environment of rapidly-shifting priorities. Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are critical along with excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
