Operations Processing Clerk – Day shift and no weekends! Starting pay at $14.00/hr. plus monthly performance incentives.

As an Operations Processing Clerk, you will provide high quality written interactions with customers in a multi-client servicing center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

• Responding to cardholder inquiries through mail correspondence
• Making decisions using facts and established procedures
• Conducting data entry and administrative support as needed
• Reviewing cardholder letters for accuracy and making edits as needed
• Performing daily account processing to ensure goals are met
• Using attention to detail and critical thinking skills to find the best resolution for our customers
