We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in managing plumbing offices/technicians to oversee our company's daily operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including sales, profit loss, strategic planning, process improvement, and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations/technicians to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Analyze profit loss statements and implement cost-saving measures
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve cross-functional communication
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management

Qualifications:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR PLUMBING COMPANY OR SIMILAR FIELD
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in strategic planning and project management
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
