The main focus of your job will be maintaining safety and federal contractor compliance, assisting General Manager with management duties, inventory management, develop and maintain knowledge of services and pricing structure as well as identifying leads, managing prospects and acquiring new business.

Pay will be a base salary 70K+.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience out outside business-to-business sales

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• MS office and strong Excel skills required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• (Not required but a huge plus) Experience in the Law Enforcement industry with Emergency Vehicle Lighting, Vehicle Equipment, and Tactical Duty Gear.

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety and Federal Contractor Compliance.
• Daily inventory management, troubleshooting any issues.
• Manage inventory.
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate services needs.
• Utilize company's Growth Management System (GMS board) scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles.
