Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.

- Develop and execute long-term business strategies.

- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and profit/loss analysis.

- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.

- Implement marketing strategies and sales techniques to attract and retain customers.

- Oversee HR processes including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Ensure efficiency and productivity in day-to-day operations.

- Focus on providing excellent customer service to build loyalty and reputation.

- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all aspects of business operations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

    ⁃    10+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or business. 

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and decisively.

- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.

- Experience in HR management and operations oversight.

- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.

- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing business operations.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

    ⁃    Compensation negotiable depending on education and experience 

    ⁃    Commission potential after 90 days
