Operations Manager Essential Duties:

• Manage and be a leader for our dedicated office team along with outside field staff.
• Business Development in the community to build and grow referral relationships.
• Recruitment, on-boarding & supervision of office staff and assist with finding the right caregivers for our team.
• Coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical community providers.
• Must ensure compliance with company policies and procedures an other state or federal regulations as needed.
• Ensure client and caregiver satisfaction.

Operations ManagerQualifications:

• A strong leader with proven success in an extremely competitive industry. Healthcare or service-related field is preferred.
• Have the ability to demonstrate hitting and exceeding growth goals while continuing to operate within budgetary guidelines.
• Must have a “make it happen” mindset and be able to give examples of how this is demonstrated. Not afraid to step in and "get their hands dirty".
• Must be able to think outside the box, brainstorm with the team and be creative to create new strategies or problem-solving techniques as needed.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
