The ideal candidate is experienced in:
- Operational leadership, managing a large function / program and direct reports
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ideally including clinical teams Manipulating data to identify issues, monitor progress, and inform decisions
Responsibilities
- Accountable for day to day ops and building sustainable processes
- Managing relationships with external behavioral health organizations and delivering day-to-day operational support for L&E
- Develop new data infrastructures/dashboards to track and report out on program health to executive audiences
- Lead high-priority initiatives to investigate, address, and mitigate any near-term growth risks for our program, in partnership with teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with management consulting, strategy & operations, high growth strategic ops or related experiences; experience working within a healthcare setting is a strong plus
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
- Strong project and team management skills and ability to drive alignment and execute through building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable experience in operational solution development in a fast paced environment
- Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
