- Utilize tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms for log analysis and monitoring purposes.
- Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, especially during outages, and be willing to stretch beyond regular hours as necessary.
- Utilize Java/J2EE knowledge to analyze thread and heap information for troubleshooting purposes.
- Utilize SOAP UI, Postman, or similar tools for API testing and debugging.
- Possess a strong understanding of web/application server functionality.
- Coordinate effectively between offshore and onsite teams for seamless operations.
- Handle incident, release, and problem management processes efficiently.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the field to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
