This role will report directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager and work closely with the global IT Team and end-users. The Operations Expert is responsible for IT Service Delivery, ticket management, and problem management with the goal of delivering stable and performant IT services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process requests, develop solutions, and execute operational tasks in the day-to-day business
- Track, measure, and resolve IT related incidents
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, security, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and contribute to the overall success of IT and OT projects
- Ensure compliance with dormakaba IT standards, processes, service levels and requirements
- Ensure "major incident" support, on site support, production site support, and first and second level infrastructure support.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery & Infrastructure Operations
- Experience working in global organizations & virtual teams
- Strong (2nd Level) Technical and architectural knowledge
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL®)
- Relevant skills & background in IT Technologies
- Strong communication skills
