The Operations Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the Counterparty Approval process, corresponding with various Account Executives and Counterparty personnel to expedite/facilitate the approval process. The incumbent will also ensure that internal systems are accurate and contain current information regarding the Counterparty’s company and individual status along with the facilitation of other operations and tasks associated with loan-level documentation retrieval, Post Closing support, and Secondary Marketing requirements.
What you will do for Constructive Capital:
- Receive application packages and correspond with Counterparties/AE regarding the status
- Review packages for accuracy and completeness
- Order and retrieve various searches to include TLO, NMLS, and other reports
- Provide recommendations for approval based on company requirements
- Manage Counterparty company data in Encompass
- Manage portal logins for brokers
- Monitor alerts provided by various vendor systems and escalate as required
- Facilitate annual renewals process
What you will bring to Constructive Capital:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years of experience with documents relating to the mortgage Counterparty approval process
- Ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of business entity documents, and lender scorecard
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
