JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Executive Director with inventory control, scheduling, collections and distribution of clothing supporting the organization mission. Estimated at 10-15 hours per week.

Title: Operations Coordinator FLSA: Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain accurate and up to date inventory and database.
Provide ongoing updates to inventory committee members.
Coordinate communication efforts between distribution partners, collection partners, and coordination of bundling events via phone, emails.
Provide event updates for website promotions.
Assist in scheduling events including locations, key contacts, predicting volume to be picked up, bundled, distributed, etc.
Provide oversight and management of bundling events and other volunteer opportunities.
Transportation of inventory to and from pick-ups, events, partners, and the organization warehouse using personal vehicle, organization van or truck.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.
NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED.
Valid drivers license and ability to drive van or small truck
Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Ability to work some evening and weekend hours to cover volunteer events.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior non-profit experience
Experience and knowledge of MS Excel
Inventory management/processes

Computer literacy
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
