Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct monthly scrubs on all HMDA reportable loans for reporting field accuracy.
- Review all Reg CC holds placed by frontline and back-office staff.
- Perform flood reviews ensuring all documentation is on file and accurate prior to loan closing.
- Complete monthly investor reporting for SBA 7(a), USDA, FHLB MPF and FarmerMac loans.
- Conduct loan reviews for collateral pledging to FHLB.
- Provide support to bank locations with operational compliance related questions.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policy’s including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis. May require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands and arms.
