can deliver on our guarantee of being an industry leading power solutions provider. This allows Mesa to reduce downtime and increase profitability for our customers. Staying true to our innovative nature, Mesa relied on one of our Marine Corps veterans to build our Operations Center. With the support of an actively serving WY National Guard employee, they created this center from scratch. These two employees instilled our western spirit of disciplined, hardworking, and self-starting attitude into this Operations Center. This western spirit, which is evident across all of Mesa, is thriving in our Operations Center today.
As an Operations Center technician, you are a problem solver. This position requires a natural curiosity to investigate issues flagged with our operations and communicate that information intelligently to the correct customer. Being able to communicate real-time and historical activity of our solutions is extremely important for Mesa to maintain our 99% plus runtime. That end user requiring this information could be a Mesa field technician, a senior Mesa official, or a customer. Through 24/7 monitoring and investigative work, you will primarily be supporting our field technicians based out of United States offices from the borders of Canada to Mexico. Investigative work requires learning to navigate our unique software platforms combined with
willingness to understand the operational philosophy of our solutions. Having a disciplined, self-starting, hardworking mentality will be one key to success in this position. Essential Duties:
- Monitors unsafe conditions (weather/fatigue) and communicates to all leaders in the organizational hierarchy per Mesa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Exercises independent judgement and to assist technicians in troubleshooting.
- Utilizes Mesa’s unique software programs to monitor, investigate, coordinate, track & follow-up on all operational and safety issues.
- Provides exceptional customer service for anyone interacting with the Operations Center from the onset of an issue until the resolution.
- Assists with any requests for support.
- Works within a team of other operations technicians to identify and prioritize operational issues and insure they are resolved in accordance with Mesa’s standard.
- Through the analysis of systems and reports the Operations Center Technician identifies faults and model sizing issues fleet wide.
- Understands current organizational hierarchy in field operations across the Mesa footprint.
- Read and demonstrates an understanding of Ideal Team Player & Extreme Ownership.
- Spanish speakers are preferred and encouraged to apply.
