OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory, online portal/website admin)
- Bridge to 3PL and other 3rd party companies that deals with operations
- Communicating with clients, business owners
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an operations or similar role
- Hands-on experience implementing operational or administration processes
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Company portals)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in operations or business administration is a plus
- Willing to travel in Long Island and NYC New Yor
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
