Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory, online portal/website admin)
• Bridge to 3PL and other 3rd party companies that deals with operations
• Communicating with clients, business owners

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an operations or similar role
• Hands-on experience implementing operational or administration processes
• Knowledge of operational principles and policies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Company portals)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in operations or business administration is a plus
• Willing to travel in Long Island and NYC New Yor

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
