Kemo Sabe is a one-of-a-kind retail store that provides our customers with incredible products and experiences.
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the store Operations manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to: shipping, packing, product rotation/restocking, stockroom organization, and computer inventory work. Compensation for this position is $27/hr, plus benefits.
Responsibilities will be delegated by store and operations manager as needed, but may include any of the following:
- Transfer in product using inventory tablet system
- Pack transfer orders in an efficient manner that safeguards product from damage or breakage
- Create shipping labels through ShipStation software
- Tag and put away received product
- Assist in periodic inventory counts, which may include travel to other Kemo Sabe stores
- Assist with web orders and returns when required
- Perform other operations functions, such as restocking, rotating product within the store, and cleanup
- Send product to vendors for repairs
- Building maintenance (call appropriate vendors for building issues, repairs, etc.)
- Inventory Management
- Order/request supplies
