Form of workHome Experts Realty is seeking an Operations & Data Analyst, you will provide analysis and support to the company core data. you will work in a collaborative environment to conduct research and Data analysis, empowering internal partners and their clients with high quality data and pulse-on-the-market analysis for a variety of organizational projects and initiatives. The position offers the exciting opportunity to work on new real estate developments with prominent developers and financial firms, as well as design visionaries, multi-disciplinary marketing experts and experienced sales teams.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Streamline internal data management and institute new analytics systems, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead efforts to migrate into a proprietary database, with support from team members as well as regional and national research leadership.
- Perform periodic data audits and change reports to ensure the ongoing quantity and quality of our data.
- Build, implement, and maintain processes related to data reporting and processing.
- Build new data visualization tools with support from senior and junior research colleagues.
- Track, organize and clean data related to company operations, sales, and residential real estate portfolio performance.
- Implement best practices for data collection and analysis of the Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate market, including quality control of lease comps, active requirements, and property-level data.
Qualifications
- 1+ years working in data analytics, market research and/or New York real estate preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively prepare information for presentation by others at events and to clients.
- Familiar with data visualization programs such as Power BI and Tableau
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions in standard situations. Ability to take on problems in standard situations.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and synthesize into relevant conclusions
