Position: Operations Administrator
Location: Norco and St. James LA
Reports to: Operations Manager
TNT is looking to add an experienced full-time Operations Administrator to our growing branch. The following are a list of requirements; You must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position.

Summary: The Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting the Dispatchers in day-to-day operations.
Job Duties:
- Administrative support for Branch Operations.
- Data entry in fleet programs as needed.
- Develop & maintain spreadsheets relevant to tracking equipment and employees.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements and reservations for employees as needed.
- Review and enter timesheets into payroll system as needed.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining employee training records.
- Manage and calculate Per diem payments.
- Enter purchase order requisitions and receivers.
- Review revenue forecast estimates on a weekly basis.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Background in heavy equipment rental and/or logistics a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Work in professional, courteous, and cooperative manner towards co-workers.
- Attention to detail & excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated individual with a team-first attitude.
- High School diploma required.
