Operations Accounting Admin

Nesco has partnered with a growing company in the Upper Arlington area looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team. Our client is rapidly growing and moving to a shared services environment. This position will be a contract to hire role for the right individual. This position will be fully onsite
Skills needed:

• Microsoft 365 proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry • Extremely well organized
• Able to prioritize and manage self-performance of multiple tasks
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret business materials, respond, and carry out professionally
• Interact professionally via phone and email with internal and external customers • Ability to learn ERP (Davisware Vision) and CRM (Salesforce) software

• Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• View monitors for extended periods of tie
• Some lifting up to 30 pounds

• Provide monthly accounts receivable statements to customers electronically
• Update and keep current customer and vendor databases
• Apply accounts payable invoices to purchase orders and coordinate payments with the parent company's accounting department
• Validate and apply credit card transactions weekly
• Participate in job cost record keeping activities as needed
• Coordinate customer billing disputes with management
• Participate in management defined special projects to improve process efficiencies • Assist with answering phones
• Participate in inventory management and validation
