The Front of House and Back of House Operations Leader ensures a remarkable operation for our Guests! Working closely with the Team Members in their department to create action and derive results in areas such as labor, cash management, food safety, food quality, Guest experience, and cleanliness.
Front of House Responsibilities:
- Cascading communication from leadership and group chats
- Front of House scheduling
- Facilitate meetings with their Front of House Team
- Cleanliness
- Development of the Front of House Team
- IT troubleshooting
- CARES follow up
Back of House Responsibilities:
- Inventory
- Truck ordering, transfers, build tos, end of month
- Back of House scheduling
- Facilitate meetings with their Back of House Team
- Cleanliness
- Facilities Maintenance
- Supply Central Ordering
- Development of the Back of House Team
Metrics:
- Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) metrics
- Overall Satisfaction, Order Accuracy, Fast Service, Taste, Attentive & Courteous, and Cleanliness
- Labor productivity
- Food safety score
- Cash management
- Quality Improvement Visit (QIV) score
- Food Cost under budget

The Ruiz Family Restaurant Group LLC is a multi-restaurant organization located just outside of New Orleans. Chick-fil-A Harvey and Chick-fil-A Marrero are owned and operated by Fernando Ruiz, who has been a successful Chick-fil-A Operator since 2004. Both stores have grown tremendously in volume and team size since the Harvey location opened in 2012 and the Marrero location opened in 2020.
