Operational Launch Coordinator

Join a team dedicated to operational excellence without limits. We're seeking a Launch Specialist to ensure flawless new store openings and uphold brand standards.

Description:

• Provide operational training on brand standards and processes.
• Monitor and ensure on-time launch of New Store Openings.
• Conduct on-the-job, on-site training during launch week.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal transition of new store openings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Operations/Training in hospitality or retail.
• Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight and lift 50lbs regularly.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates core values.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a drive for success.

• Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 annually
• PTO
• Benefits package

Location & Travel: Travel required up to 75-80%, including weekends and nights. Work remotely when not traveling.
