Job Title: OpenText EDMS role
Location: San Antonio, TX, Findlay, Ohio and Denver, CO ( only local candidates pls )
Job Type: 6-12+ Months
Job Description:
• Experience Level: Prefer 8+ years' experience, but flexible if candidate has the ideal EDMS experience
• Education Level (recommended): Prefer Bachelor degree, but flexible if candidate has the ideal EDMS experience
• Skill Requirements: This position is part of a significant multi-year IT project to standardize the Engineering Document Management solution across all refineries. This team is responsible for partnering directly with the Refining business units to migrate off existing legacy solutions (both vendor and homegrown) and onto a standardized OpenText extended ECM solution.
• Other:
o Requirements:
Experience supporting or delivering Engineering and content management related applications (OpenText being a huge plus).
Develop rapport with Refinery business partners performing various levels of business analysis, application integration, testing, and solution delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong team collaboration/partnering skills
Strong professionalism, initiative, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify improvement opportunities, generate ideas, and deliver value to the company.
Ability to facilitate, capture, and translate business requirements from business partners.
Ability to learn technical application expertise and effectively support day-to-day business questions, issues, needs, and plans.
Ability to interface with vendors, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Security around client/server/application touchpoints.
o Preferences:
Experience with content storage solutions such as SharePoint.
Experience integrating systems together (through web services, APIs, etc.)
Experience with database queries and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with Agile/DevOps and Waterfall project methodologies
Experience troubleshooting, testing, deploying, upgrading, and enhancing vendor applications
So basically if we look at short summary for this JD, we would need:
1. Solution Architect type profile for 8+ years experience
2. Should have experience on OpenText Content Server 16.2, Sharepoint Online & Extended ECM
3. Should have experience on development, integrations troubleshooting & upgrade on these platforms
