Work Schedule:
•Monday to Friday
•9 am to 5 pm hours, making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:
•Fulfill the goals and needs of patients effectively, providing attentive and personalized care.
•Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care.
•Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to make a meaningful difference.
•Offer cost-effective treatments that enhance clients' motion and mobility, exploring non-surgical alternatives whenever possible.
•Develop individualized care plans, using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques.
•Customize fitness and wellness programs to cater to each patient's specific requirements.
•Provide quality, evidence-based care, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
•Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey to optimize their functioning and well-being.
•Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
•Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
•Evaluate treatment effects, monitor progress, and maintain open communication for the best possible care.
•Document the services provided for comprehensive patient care and treatment planning.
Requirements
Qualifications:
•Obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree, showcasing your dedication to professional growth and expertise.
•Licensed as a Physical Therapist, ensuring regulatory compliance and commitment to high standards.
•Clean disciplinary record, reflecting your commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
•Proficient in strong manual therapy skills, allowing you to deliver effective treatments with care and precision.
•Experienced in developing tailored exercise routines, and maximizing patient outcomes.
•Familiarity with EMR Software such as WebPT, ensuring efficient and accurate documentation.
