Job Description
Understanding of problem statements
Develop concept based on problem statements
To work as a project engineer and site coordinator between LTTS offshore and client office for project
Co-ordination with project stakeholders (SPOC, LTTS offshore & client team)
To have basic understanding of multiple disciplines requirements (i.e. Process, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation team) and provide inputs to the LTTS offshore team.
Data collection from the Site and client team.
Area identification and scope clarification with client SPOC.
Responsible to prepare markups if required and feed to engineering LTTS offshore team for design.
Conduct design review session with virtual teams.
Analyze the impact of change in current design
Organize meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
Clarification and alignment of any concerns with SPOC.
Review of package To provide engineering supports to client during RFI.
Collection of formal acceptance and approvals on engineering and design packages from the SPOC.
Site visit with the SPOC and others as required
Prepare scope of work (SOW) documents.
Review technical proposal with LTTS offshore and SPOC.
Clarification of technical queries LTTS offshore and SPOC.
Review of LTTS offshore output
Verifications verification of existing drawings. Project closure reports.
Project schedule prepration
Prepration of the project status reports.
