Onsite Custodian / Janitor (Paz2024-6756)

Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, as schedule may fluctuate from time-to-time. Hours are 6AM to 2:30PM.

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure all areas are free of debris and trash.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs. (chnage lightbulbs, etc)
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Other work related tasks as needed.

• High school degree or GED required
• Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
• Must be able to work hours stated above.

Pay and Benefits:

$20.00   to $21.00, depending on education and experience.
