Job description

The Online Sales Consultant (OSC) inspires raving fans by connecting future Pahlisch homeowners with the community and home plan that best meets their needs. The OSC is responsible for independently responding to internet inquiries within a set period of time and establishing a relationship with the customer to convert the inquiry into an appointment with a Pahlisch Real Estate Agent. This role will maintain and manage Pahlisch Homes’ customer relationship management software, requiring a robust working knowledge of all regions and communities, and family brands. The OSC will communicate and convey a focused look into the Pahlisch Homes values, product quality and mission upon first impressions with potential homeowners.
(Note: This role works mostly remotely but must be located in Central Oregon or the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position does not require a real estate license.)

  • Be the subject matter expert on all Pahlisch Homes communities and plans and assist in marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain working knowledge of Pahlisch regional communities, consumer buying habits and home buying trends.
    • Must be fluent in all details and aspects of Pahlisch Homes regions and communities as well as other Pahlisch Brand product offerings.
    • Assist Sales and Marketing Team while attending all community grand opening and special on-site events.
    • Conduct regular community product tours of Pahlisch Homes communities.
    • Work with Land Development team to understand upcoming projects and timelines.
  • Convert sales leads from in-bound callers and Pahlisch website inquiries.
    • Respond to all leads generated, by proactively contacting the customer the same day the lead is received. Preferably within 15 minutes of the lead being received.
    • Establish a relationship with and assist the customers by determining the best Pahlisch product for their needs.
    • Identify areas of opportunity during sales lead conversion and work with Sales Manager and Director to improve process.
    • Direct sales leads to sales centers and model homes to establish face to face meeting with onsite agent.
    • Maintain and develop rapport with all Pahlisch agents.
    • Coordinate and schedule prospect meetings with New Home Consultants.

  • Manage data in Sales & Marketing systems for effective reporting & analysis.
    • Accurately input and update client records into HubSpot.
    • Manage and pull reports for Sales Team leadership reflecting sales conversion and overall progress of inbound sales lead turn over.
    • Develop, train and implement CRM best practices with Sales and Marketing Team.
    • Support the Sales and Marketing Directors in all aspects of their work which includes, but is not limited to, creating reports, preparing material for meetings and scheduling of meetings and events.
Requirements
  • 2+ years customer service and/or inside sales experience required.
  • Ability to take direction, meet timelines and work on multitude of projects at one time
  • Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion.
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity both in and out of the work environment
  • Ability to travel as needed to be on location for events and functions
With previous success at converting web traffic to appointments, the starting wage will be $29 per hour, plus bonus opportunity.
