Job Description
Your Team
Brookfield Residential is seeking an Online Sales Counselor (OSC) to join our team. The OSC is responsible for fielding and following up with internet generated leads via emails, texts, or phone calls, providing an excellent costumer experience by assisting with questions, engaging in qualifying and providing information on communities, products and offerings and ultimately converting the online interest into appointments with the on-site New Home Counselors.

Your Key Deliverables
  • Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for internet customers to visit our Models and Inventory Homes
  • Create a positive experience for our internet customers through the use of email, text and phone.
  • Provide immediate or same day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondence.
  • Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities.
  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.
  • Follow up with internet customers per an outlined follow up program
  • Partner with the on-site New Home Counselor as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and distribute electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers and real estate agents
  • Create and effectively manage an internet customer database which includes interest lists and VIP interest lists.
  • Complete and utilize corporate and division provided tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities
  • Have a competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings and incentive opportunities at all times.
  • Regularly visit BRP communities throughout the region to keep up with current products and community offerings
  • Monitor and utilize website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours and MyTime tours to engage internet customers
  • Attend all company sales meetings, phone banks and training programs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Must Haves
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Professional communication skills, preferably over the phone and in person
  • Problem solving driven

Nice to Haves
  • 1 year experience in the home building industry
  • Currently works in a remote sales position
  • Have previous Online Sales & homebuilding experience
