I am a Digital Team Associate; I am multi-skilled and contribute to all parts of the Digital business depending on the need.
When I am Shopping:
- I pick customer orders on the salesfloor as efficiently as possible.
- I follow cold chain processes.
- I make substitutions that are the best for my customers.
- I provide customer service while personal shopping.
- I use the Walmart Store app to assist customers.
- I follow compliance standards when picking, staging, and dispensing to provide a safe experience for our customers.
When I am Dispensing:
- I dispense orders to our customers as they arrive.
- I dispense orders to delivery drivers as if they were the customer.
- I assist the staging associate with staging processes, as necessary.
- I follow Compliance prompts while dispensing to the customer. For orders including alcohol, I complete age verification and prevent sales to customers that appear intoxicated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
