Online Grocery Pickup Associate

Your Concord, NH Walmart #2055 is currently hiring for Online Order Shoppers / Backroom Dispensers. We are hiring for both Part Time and Full-Time positions. Must be available to work weekends!

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Full Time shifts available:

5am - 2pm

9am - 6pm

11am-8pm

1pm-10pm

Duties and Responsibilities

Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude

Help generate new business and associated revenue by actively promoting department services and offerings to customers; responding to customer inquiries and requests; helping customers register for department services; and soliciting feedback from customers about their online shopping

Report problems and customer issues with fulfillment services, procedures, and work areas. Use order fulfillment equipment and supplies in safe and correct ways

Follow proper procedures to prevent shrink and follow applicable laws and regulations when selling items to customers

Operate equipment, such as handheld devices and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold

Stand for long periods of time while picking out orders quickly and accurately

Be able to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 45 pounds without assistance

Be able to work in areas requiring exposure to varying temperatures, extreme heat or cold, and/or wet, damp, or drafty conditions. Our associates retrieve orders from freezers/coolers and bring orders outside to customer's cars in varying weather conditions

Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
