Online Fulfillment Associate

Nuts To You is a 50 year old small family business with a growing online presence. We invite someone to help us grow together.

The Online Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer orders placed via the Nuts To You Website are fulfilled to specification in a timely manner. This individual must be self-motivated with a strong eye for detail and presentation. Responsible for ensuring that we exceed customer expectations. May also include times of packaging product in bags to help our warehouse staff.

• Provide superior customer service to our online customers
• Fulfill internet orders from Nuts To You website
• Print product labels and appropriate shipment labels for orders
• Pick and pack orders including those with breakables and perishables
• Prepare orders for 3rd party shipping
• Must pay special attention to detail of product quality, presentation and packaging
• Successfully execute special projects as assigned
• Strong computer skills, along with willingness to learn new computer programs and platforms
• Self-motivated and ability to work with limited supervision
• Eye for detail, presentation and cleanliness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires frequent bending, lifting and twisting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
