- Mentor Teacher: Support a smaller group of students in achieving their educational goals.
- Expertise in Content and Pedagogy: Demonstrate exceptional teaching methodologies and knowledge in the subject matter.
- Professionalism: Uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions with students, colleagues, and families.
- Curriculum Design and Revision: Design and revise Frameworks for Learning, curate and create content resources to support student learning.
- Student Support: Provide customized synchronous and asynchronous support for students.
- Communication: Engage with students and families through emails, phone calls, and Zoom meetings and display persistence in efforts to connect relationally with students and families.
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities: Participate in MTSS activities, proctor IDLA assessments, and facilitate career spotlights.
