As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will engage with customers virtually to address their inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages via Online Chat platforms.
2. Provide accurate information about the company's products and services, assisting customers with their queries.
3. Process orders, provide product recommendations, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
4. Escalate complex inquiries or issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
7. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
8. Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
2. Previous experience in customer service or Online Chat support is preferred.
3. Proficiency in using Online Chat platforms and customer service software.
4. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a remote environment.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.
7. Knowledge of Bulman Dunie Burke & Feld's products or services is advantageous.
