This person will work with one individual student and provide support where needed with any individual needs throughout the day. The primary responsibilities of a One on One support staff are to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of male at-risk youth with individual support needs.
Coach Counselors work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. standard level paraprofessional work in every aspect of the program operations.
