Ensure that care provided aligns with the professional practice model.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
