The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, administers routine services in caring for selected patients. Must be physically able to perform all activities listed on generic or special unit credentialing inventory and as indicated in job description. Preference for working with people in direct contact.
Requirements
Graduate from accredited School of Practical / Vocational Nursing with current LPN license from State of Ohio Board of Nursing. Must have proof of completion of a course in medication administration approved by the Board of Nursing of Ohio. The following are accepted as proof: NAPNES card -or- OOPNE card -or- Ohio Board of Nursing card.
