Onboarding Implementation (Remote)

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for welcoming our new Staples Breakroom Program customers, guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process.
• Validate inbound breakroom program projects and installation requests for alignment with program requirements.
• Will work directly with customers and internal partners to capture and facilitate proper account setup for Staples Breakroom Program Customers.
• Work directly with customers to capture asset installation requirements, allowing for effective installation by Staples vendors.
• May be assigned to assist with managing implementation tasks.
• Work with Staples approved vendors to coordinate installation requirements.
• Research and communicate on billing inquires.
• Work within Staples tools, AS400, SFDC and other DB’s as needed.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years previous work or like experience required (related experience in B2B distribution environment

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of order processing, sales, customer service, billing, receivables, and information services
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge all Microsoft software.
• Project Management experience
