Hyland OnBase Administrator will be responsible to provide day to day application administration and maintenance. This OnBase System Administrator will both maintain existing OnBase solutions and continually refine the ability to recognize when and how the solutions should evolve to meet the needs of growing and changing business. This OnBase System Administrator will also serve as the principal point of contact for all systems that interacts with or supports the OnBase solutions. Experience with OnBase development and workflow design and engineering will be highly desired. Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) is highly desired. OnBase Workview experience is a plus.
Serve as the main technical lead for Hyland OnBase solutions
Maintain and support the operation of the OnBase solutions
Provide upgrade support to the environment and clients
Facilitate changes to the application utilizing OnBase Configurator
Assist with testing and migration of OnBase changes on development, SIT, UAT and Production environments
Develop and/or assist with the development of appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentation
Assist in the creation of test plans and perform functional, regression, and integration testing associated with changes made to OnBase
Document defects and review, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve OnBase software issues reported during testing
Work with Hyland Software for technical support as needed
Provide OnBase and OnBase custom integration technical support
Provide documentation to Customer of changes performed to OnBase Workflow configurations and conduct knowledge transfer of developed work units to technical staff
Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase solutions
Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements
Assist with end user training
Responding to questions concerning product capabilities
Planning future growth of the OnBase solutions within client business
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
7 years in an IT application support environment and strong technical OnBase experience
Preferred financial services experience
Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel an MS Word; keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to perform advanced math and carry out complex written instructions
Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
