Compensation: This is a salaried position at the biweekly rate of $2,405.60
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- Must have Reliable transportation
- Designing and writing training guides and user manuals under limited supervision
- Working with Corporate Security & Resiliency (CSR) team to develop resources, training materials, and additional tools to enhance the effectiveness of the division's safety and security programs throughout the company.
- Project management skills; managing projects from beginning to end, including developing project plans, budgets, and content.
- The Technical Writer will also cross functionally team with appropriate internal and external resources and partners to create effective collaterals that meet the division's expectations and corporate brand guidelines.
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have knowledge of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement - even better!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphics, English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Emergency Management or related field and 5 years' experience in communications and/or marketing
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphics, English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Emergency Management or related field and 10 years' experience in communications and/or
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Share Point website development) required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
