On-Site Resident Apartment Manager

Professional Management Company is looking for a qualified on-site manager to work part time at a brand new constructed luxury 21 unit apartment building situated in a prime Warner Center, Canoga Park. Qualified candidates must be well spoken and have apartment management / leasing experience.
Day to Day Activities:
1. Perform daily common area inspections and tidying as needed
2. Collect rents, write/post notices, and perform move-in/move-out inspections
3. Assist in renovating vacant apartments
4. Answer tenant, prospective tenant and vendor phone calls
5. Report maintenance issues, and provide building access to vendors
6. Special projects as needed
Requirements:
1. Must have great verbal skills, heavy emphasis on customer service
2. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Gmail. Ability to print/scan/fax, and text/picture message using a smartphone
3. Must be able to lift 25lbs
4. Must be fluent in the English language
5. Must have previous experience in property maintenance
6. Must have on-site manager/leasing experience
