"ON SITE" Remote Processor

Reports To: The "ON SITE" Remote Processor will report to the OH Service and Collections Project Lead.

Job Overview: The primary responsibility of the "ON SITE" Remote Processor will be to complete web-controlled actions for smart meters and update utility accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Follow step-by-step instructions to initiate web-controlled actions for electrical utility customers' accounts that have AMI smart meters.
• Utilize clients' software to manage customer account records.
• Communicate effectively with client dispatchers as needed to clarify questions or have accounts noted.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic functions on a computer and tablet.
• Maintain your usernames and log-in credentials for third party systems and VPN.
• Pay attention to detail and accurately enter data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and report errors.
• Reliable schedule.
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Additional Job Details:

• This position is hourly
• This is an "in-person" office position
• Hours are 9am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
