We seek a customer-driven On-site Audio-Visual Service Technician at a high-profile global pharmaceutical client representing our company and providing technical support for their audio-visual integrated equipment and systems. You will collaborate in a positive team environment to provide exceptional "white glove" customer service, fast response to inquiries, strong problem-solving skills, and appropriate resolution with optimum effectiveness.
You thrive in an environment supporting executive meetings, conferences, event assistance, inventory tracking, reporting, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems. An essential critical quality is a positive attitude, empathy, and building and establishing a solid client relationship supporting superior client satisfaction.
Where will you be contributing?

  • Coordination of the setup, technical support, and breakdown of executive conference room calls, events, broadcasts, and corporate meetings
  • Perform daily testing of integrated systems, preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room functionality, and completion of documentation and required administration
  • Seek resolution to all break-fix issues, providing (level 1-2) AV service support, test equipment, troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating further for additional assistance or management notification
  • Proactively monitor the helpdesk dashboard and other preventative procedures for potential service issues
  • Act as a technical liaison between the customer, internal team members, and manufacturers/vendors to facilitate needs
  • Ability to think and work independently and meet deadlines
  • Create an atmosphere of pleasure and confidence with the Diversified client experience

What do we require from you?
  • A two-year diploma from a technical school, or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • Minimum of three years of experience with commercial audio-visual support, preferably in service, corporate, commercial AV integration, or other related systems or industries.
  • AVIXA CTS certification and manufacturer-based certifications (Crestron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Cisco, Polycom, Dante) desired.
  • Ability to troubleshoot by process of elimination (A/B testing devices, checking cables, swamping power supplies, and other methods) is highly desired.
  • Experience with low-voltage cable handling and components, including proper pulling techniques, terminations, rack wiring, and code regulations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state resides and adhere to the insurance standards
  • Thrives working autonomously, is collaborative, and is client-service oriented.
