As an On CallRegistered Nurse (RN)at Tudor Oaks you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in all areas of the facility during assigned shifts. You will provide oversight to all areas of our Skilled Care facility during your shifts, working closely with our floor nursing team to manage care needs for residents.
- Hourly pay rate starts at $38.00-$41.00+/hour based on experience. Beeper pay $50.00/day.
- This unique position will include On Call pay and hourly rate for time worked.

What you will need:- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Registered Nurse license (RN) or greater in Wisconsin, or compact license, required.
