Form of workWe are looking to hire an experienced Part time Mailroom CSR in Washington, DC. Looking for someone with some mail or mailroom experience that will sort and distribute mail to 10 stops throughout 3 buildings (walkable - 1 mile round trip per day). Need someone that is familiar with metering machines.
Strong customer service skills and outgoing personality are required.
This is a Monday through Friday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum Essential Functions include lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing and walking for multiple hours throughout the day, driver's license, and computer literacy
- Prior experience (3 year) mail processing and delivery
- Required qualities include: customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
- Preferred proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite services
