Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair services to clients, including but not limited to braids, locs, blowouts, hair cutting, and color application.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license.
Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and coloring.
Proficiency in braiding techniques, loc maintenance, blow-drying, and color application.
Excellent social skills and ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Flexibility to work on-call shifts in a busy salon environment.
Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional results.
